An excellent opportunity has arisen with Macquarie Asset Management to join our sales team as a Regional Director for Washington DC Metro/Western Maryland/Virginia.

What role will you play?
As a Regional Director for Washington DC Metro/Western Maryland/Virginia, you will leverage your deep relationships with wirehouses, financial advisors, and broker-dealers to build asset growth and firm profitability by enhancing strategic relationships through a consultative sales model. You will sell mutual funds and separately managed accounts, consult and advise financial advisors with value-added strategies to increase growth of their practice, and expand and deepen relationships to meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will maintain CRM databases with accurate and up-to-date activity, sales pipeline, and advisor information.
What you offer
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field with extensive wholesaling experience and proven track record of growing the territory of DC/MD/VA region.
- Residing in or relocating to territory, with ability to travel extensively within region.
- Series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63, and 65) licenses required, along with a clean U-4 and compliance record.
- CIMA, CFP, CFA or other industry designations highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of and extensive existing relationships within the wirehouses of DC/MD/VA.
